What you have found are agates. The ones with defined banding may be one of several different types of agates such as fortification or water level agates. The first photo is of a solid color stone without bands but made of material similar to the other stones, this material is called chalcedony which is pretty much what all agates are made of. Polishing or Cutting the solid colored one in half with a tile saw may reveal banding and patterns inside.
