Hard to say without seeing, but likely a HP unit. The best units ever made. If the saw is 10" you can get by with water, but mineral oil is best. There is a drain plug on the back. Drain her out, get out the putty knife and scrape out the scum, and clean, clean, clean. A clean saw with oil changed often is a happy saw. The wheels are probably not diamond. They can be replaced, but I would upgrade to the diamond. The old wheels gouge and groove over time and need to be dressed. That's just some ideas. Have fun.
