slab saw lubricate and safe way to cut chrysocolla

Hi, I just got my first slab saw. Its 18". It came with Covington's 5 gal. oil. It smells. I was thinking of using Tractor Supply's light mineral oil or should I stick with Covingtons? This saw is set up in a room that used to be a garage attached to house. I did away with the overhead door for heat purposes. Is it safe to use this inside if I open window? The saw is too big for me to move out side when I use it and I am a senior. Also I have a chunk of chrysocolla that I would like to cut into slabs and grind to cabs. Do you have any ideas if this would be safe to do inside or what I need to do to make it safe inside? Thank you so much, Ellie
