Re: Water pump setup?

In my opinion there is a very simple way to do this. Diamond Pacific sells a spray pump which sits in the tray filled with water below and in front of the wheel. It has an adjustable flexible arm which allows you to position and point the water spray in adjustable degrees of volume at the wheel that you are using. There is no need for a five gallon bucket. It sells for a little more than thirty dollars. I have already decided that if the pump on my Genie ever dies, this would be a much less costly solution to having ample water on the wheel. I also used this same pump recently when carving using a Dremel and found that I could adjust the flow to just a few drops to more volume. Another member in our club whose pump died on his Genie went and purchased an aquarium pump and he sits it in his tray connected to a five gallon bucket and gets more water volume that the original spitter that came with the Genie.
