Tim,
First off, is there any way you can resubmit your photo so that it is in focus? By what I see it looks like a crystal lining from a vug or a seam opening. As to what type of crystals they may be I haven't a clue. If you can get a picture that is in focus maybe someone here can then help to identify the crystal type(s). All in all it looks like a very nice specimen of something.
