I couldn't agree more with Edward. The ideal method of removing those bearings would be to have them pressed off. You can take that assembly to a machine shop and pay someone through the nose to remove them for you if you don't trust your abilities of doing it yourself. On the other hand this isn't rocket science. The method I have described previously will work. The most critical thing is to have everything cleaned thoroughly. Dirt and grit are your enemy when it comes to removing those bearings. Whichever method you choose to use I hope you get everything back up and running in short order and get back to enjoying lapidary.
