I concur with Becky's ID as glass. The conchoidal fracture and bubbles are telling. I have some slag glass shards that are identical in appearance regarding the fracture and bubbles, differing just in their colors. If you can scratch it with steel but not with copper, that also places it within a hardness envelope for glass.
