Hi Joe,

Thanks for your response. We have tried, dish soap, Windex, Bon Ami, steel wool and diamond sanding pads. Mike C. Suggested oven cleaner or tin oxide, which I will try next and your suggestion of TSP. Bob�s Rock Shop site lists a Sphere Makers and Collectors link but you have to create a Yahoo account to access it, which I don�t want to do. If the next suggestions do not work I am hoping to contact a sphere maker in the area who can possibly grind down a layer.

Thanks for your help I�ll keep everyone posted on our results.
