I put up a picture of a couple of rocks that are being presented as sacred "seer stones" by a con-man. I would like to find the origin of these rocks. I've handled them and they seem real (real rocks)but they may be real "manmade" rocks such as might result in some smelting or extreme high heat process. I have a couple other pictures that show their thickness to be about half an inch and they seemed quite hard when I handled them, (like a rock). I don't have them in my possession to test their light refracting properties. My question is mainly to find out whether or not it is possible that a flat rock of this size (with this type of transparency) has ever been found to occur in nature. If not, I will continue my search in non-natural areas. thanks

Harry
