What do you use for sanding ?

Our club uses a wet process for sanding cabs, I'm not here to argue the pluses and minuses of wet or dry sanding but to ask what clubs and individuals in the USA or worldwide use for sanding. The sanding machines here (Bendigo Australia) are set up with foam backing and "velcro" hook and loop backing for the quick change of disks necessary in a fairly busy club workshop. Our supplier is sending us what are really woodworking sandpaper disks with a sheet of wet and dry glued on top, this is far from ideal as the glue often separates due to the grainy nature of the woodworking disk, the water doesn't help either. They are also quite expensive being two disks joined together we pay for the two as well as the extra steps obviously done by hand to make them. I have contacted numerous suppliers but can't really come up with a viable alternative.

So what do you use? What does your club use?
I am interested to hear any alternatives so please consider this an open post for anyone to post anything with regard to sanding.
