What is it? Transparent green rock. Indiana

Hi. I am not sure if I can post a pic here, but did in the photo gallery.
Two pics. One of a green rock, and one blue. Both appear to have the hardness of about 6. They were both found on the same sand bar, just a few feet apart. I originally thought they were melted glass, since there is a junk yard upstream, but others have suggested, and I have hoped they aren`t. What do you think? Anyone in central Indiana that would be willing to visually inspect them for me?? Help!! They are driving me crazy, not knowing if they are a find of a lifetime(for me), or just some pretty glass.
