Lamprophyre is a good possibility if from a dike, but hard to tell on such a heavily weathered surface. Lighter colored crystals may be pyroxene or olivene. Probably not a kimberlite, as these are usually dark and very fine grain, weathering to grayish to yellowish clays (blue ground).
