Restoring Highland Park M2 Slab Saw

I just bought an old Highland Park M2 slab saw and am looking for information on how to restore it. It was sold by the grandchildren of the owner and they cut wires and tubes to take it apart. I'm not even sure what size blade it will take, although a 16 inch seems like it would fit.
There also is copper tubing that splits to spray oil onto both sides of the blade. It exits through the back of the saw and drops downward as if to enter a tank or oil source but simply ends in mid-air. What is missing there? I'm awaiting a reply from Diamond Pacific to see if they have any information.
Any pointers or diagrams would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Mary
