We have 6",8",and 10" saws, with the 8" being the saw of choice for trimming 99% of our needs. The 10" is a little big from a comfort standpoint, and the 6" good for little stuff. The 6&10 came as part of an all-or-nothing package at a very reasonable price, probably wouldn't have bought the 10" by choice; it is good for slabbing smaller pieces.
