Re: Eastern Sierra Nevada Suggestions?

where is the coyote front range and crystal ridge

There is a place for quartz not too far from big pine. You go east towards the bristlecone pine place but keep going 12.4 miles east into a valley behind the white mountains then turn north on a two track dirt road for about a mile to the hills you see right in front of you. You can dig in the hard rock and find cavities filled with dark smokey quartz.
