Are you referring to the Rock Rascal Model J 6" Trim Saw?

If so, there is a flat-head machine screw in the table that must be removed to separate the table from the saw base. If your table top is dirty with swarf you may need to clean it to see the screw... The table attachment screw is located over the arbor shaft and about an inch inside the pulley side of the table edge.

Once the table is separated from the saw base, you will have access to the arbor bearing housing. It is a split housing, held together with two machine screws. Once you've opened and removed the top half of the bearing housing, you will have access to inspect and replace the bearing.
