Speed is your problem. The best speed you can utilize is 1200 rpm, which you will not be able to do with a Dremel. I use either a bench-top drill press or a full standing one, where you can adjust the belt/pulleys to more approximate your speed. Work it slow, lift frequently, and use the drill in a GFI circuit.
