Please heed this warning. I speak through experience though I hate to admit it. Never, never, never hand hold a stone for drilling with a dremel!!!!!! At 5000 rpm, or more, you will never be able to react quick enough to a bit turned into a propeller! I made that mistake in my earlier years of working with the rocks. A bit with even the slightest bad move (at 5000 rpm) can turn into a propeller instantly and really do some damage. Even if you do have the dremel in a press. It took a very long time to heal. There I said it. A stupid mistake on my part.
