Water Hydraulic Slab Saw

I am rebuilding an 18" slab saw made by Duc-Kit that I originally built in the late 1960's. The rock carriage is powered by a water hydraulic cylinder. It's been so many years since I used this saw that I have forgotten what the water pressure should be set at to prevent any damage to the blade. Is any one familiar with saws of this type? I sure could use some pointers!
Thanks for any help, Jim
