Hello Raymond, Is it snowing up there yet? I do believe your right, there are those that collect slabs with oddities in them. It is such a thrill to make a cut and to have something like that show up. Just a matter of chance is all. A little thicker or thinner cut and it would never have revealed itself. But I for one do like a surprise from time to time. I have one in a box somewhere that is the perfect image of a butterfly. The piece is white and all there is is a perfect pattern of a butterfly, in shades of blue and blue/gray. Another one (I may have mentioned this before) I have is a piece of persian torquoise (robin's egg blue) with the pattern of the playboy bunny in it (the bunny is white). As it turned out the bunny is centered in the piece. Mmm, thinking maybe Hugh would like to see the piece. Take care Raymond.
