out-standing!!!!!!! i been buged big time about the nomenclature. thank you for helping me hunt this pig down. i have now researched this and there are 3 names to it, which solves my confusion.

mom called it wyoming jasper, and spencer agate. both.

others call it "stone caynon jasper", "stone caynon agate", and "super stone canyon jasper." it would seem that mine is identical to "super stone canyon jasper" the best part about this is i can now hunt down museum's to see if they have any and make my courtisy donation of a museum quality peice.
