I would strongly suggest William Holland School of Lapidary Arts in Young Harris, Ga. For about $300.00 for the entire week you get the class, comfortable lodging and good wholesome food. Many folks make this their annual vacation coming from all parts of the country. You would have a hard time even staying at a Motel Six for that little bit of money. Check out their website. Lots of lapidary and related classes and you just cannot beat the experience of spending a week with like minded folks.
