Polishing disk

Thanks Ward,
I can't STOP them from pushing too hard. Don't think I haven't tried. But they're blokes and I'm not, they just don't listen, so I've gotta find an alternative so the ones who misuse the machinery don't ruin it for everyone else. Want's Home Depot? Or where? Is it on the net?
On the weekend, I put some 3,000 diamonds out of a syringe onto leather and that seemed to work OK.
