Donna,

Photo is fairly blurry so its hard to trll but it looks like royal imperial jasper out of Mexico. It is typically found in rounded nodules, sometimes with a slighlty chalky exterior and the what is called egg or roll pattern in the interior jasper.

Try to get a clearer photo of it
