Tim, Are you using the tile saw type blade? I've been looking for a thin 7" but all I can come up with are the tile saw type that are way too thick. If you ever recall where you got the 7" (assuming it is a thinner blade) drop a line. I have a tile saw and would like to have a thinner blade for it. It will not accept an 8", and a 6" just wouldn't have enough blade exposed. Not to mention the water tray is designed for a 7".
