higland park E10 restartup procedure?

Hello I am a new lapidary hobbiest and have aquired an old E10 HP model machine. It has a 9 inch saw, 2 wheels and a polisher on the end (or sander). I was hoping someone could tell me if I should add any lubricants to any of the machine parts before I fire it up. Also what is the best oil for under the saw (mineral oil)? I have a ton of things I can cut on (from the rock hobbit) but don't want to damage anything since the machine hasn't been used for a decade or two. Starts up fine and runs quiet for the few seconds I have plugged it in. Sure is hot outside now in Arizona but I have some shade and some rough and it will be great to get started.
