just at a glance of you picture i belive i am looking at, is an unusual obsidian, there defenatly are inclusions formimg the tell tale charaturs. while you were slabing it did tiny shards fall off the edges? if so most obsidian's slab that way as well. the rocks i collected from washington,idaho,montana,wyoming were no where as classie as your picture, how ever i did find some in oregon that has similar properties in sedamentray deposits. i would be interested as to the (where your rock came from) to better deduse its geological properties.
