Stacey's Photo - Limb Cast

Hi Stacey,

That is a massive limb cast from the South Fork of the Crooked River (Oregon). Very nice dendrites on the bark side. It is probably worth several hundred dollars, minimum, possibly a lot more. You didn't indicate how much it weighs. If it were mine, I'd find someone who is a good carver, and have them work on the bark side to polish it and fully expose all the dendrites. No way I would sell that one. Did you find it yourself, or get it in a collection?
