No cigar... that too uses epoxy. I distinctly remember the process I read used a rubber base compound instead. I guess the post is gone now, I sure can't find it anymore.
There is a guy in CA that actually uses the process to refurb Nova's, but he does it for supplemental income so he won't share the process. He'll do your wheels for $40 tho....
