To Chris

Chris, What you have is Michigan's State stone. It is a Petoskey Stone (fossilized coral) with some sort of other fossil included. I find many of these everytime I go hunting here in Michigan. I hope someone else can I.D. the other fossil included so I know what it is. So far I have collected probably 6 different colors of the Petoskey. My favorite is a black one which was a rare find. Gray is the most common color. I have several shades of brown ones and white and another real beauty was one that was a mix of yellows and greens. I get excited like a kid everytime I find one, I just can't help it. Nice rock!
