Any ideas? Not sure as to the type of crystal in matrix? And the metal one has what appears to be dendrites in the middle. The bulk of the metal appears to be iron, that is based on the fact that there are areas of rusting. The metal one also has varying amounts of other types of metal mixed in. Some of the areas are a shiney silver color, and other areas seem to be gold in color. Not sure if this some vein/seam source or (as my brother thinks) a piece of a meteorite? Take a look and see what you think?
