Tumbling Fluorite?

Has anyone out there ever attempted to tumble fluorite with any success? If so what were the steps that you used to handle this soft material?

I have have good success polishing it as a cab on a dop stick or by hand as a non-structured formed piece so I know that it will polish well.

I assume at this time that one should use a medium grit to start with and plenty of 'beads' to assist against fracturing and shorten the time in the drum.

Any Comments?
