Thanks for that info & insight Bob and everyone else who has responded. Altho oil in a grinder would probably make a pretty funny video, I think I'll stick to water. :-) And you all have convinced me that for my trim saw, water + protectants is best for me. If I ever win the lottery (it's gotta be my turn soon, right?) I'll buy a slab saw and some blades and compare all the things we've talked about head-to-head. Thanks!
