...blast the crut out with a steam cleaner, like the one they use at dry cleaners, but with a small nozzle. They make small home steam cleaners for the kitchen, they might work. Never let your slabs dry out. Calgonite water softener helps stops the attraction that fine clay particles have, that resists their removal.
