Mark, It could be an optical illusion, to be sure use a brite incandesent lamp and then flouresent. Make sure the is no other source of light. Most color change is shades of different colors like reds to greens with various shades of each. Pink to purple, why not, Anxious to chat with you as this material sounds interesting. KOR
