Does anyone know where in Texas is most of the flint found for knapping, I have seen many different reports of the abundence of flint everywhere in certain areas of the state if you know where to look, I have heard mention of Hill County in Texas as having flint, does anyone know where I may be able to gather some flint for personal collection purposes only, also if anyone knows of any knapping stone, I am interested in all different sources that can be gathered, I am willing to pay for access, but want to gather my own, as opposed to just mail order.
