I agree with the idea of getting a lapidary slab saw and getting rid of that tile saw. If that is not possible, try slowing down the slab saw blade down somewhere below 2000 rpms by changing the pulleys, assuming your tile saw has pulleys. If not, another reason not to buy tile saws to use as slab saws. Ugh
