Hi Bob, thanks for the reply. I did not have any problem with the other 2. I thought that I had the cut down pretty good too. So much for confidence.

As I was cutting C6 @ 25 degrees at index 22-26 and so on to index 66 it started to go cut deeper to the girdle. So I re-counted the facets thinking I missed or over cut a facet.

I have not removed the stone ftom the quill and it is tight in the quill.

I re-cut fron 22 to 66 again with a 1200 steel lap to re-gain some room and I am still off.
