Inherited Rock Collection

Hello,

I inherited a rock collection from my parents. It was interited by my mother from her parents who were the rockhounds. They were based out of Kenosha, WI, and spent their retirement days travelling the US and building their collection.

Most of the stones I have are polished, at least close to finish. I have bags of tumbled agates, quartz, some rough-cut tiger-eye, a bank-bag full of rough-tumbled obsidian. Just an odd assortment of unfinished project-quality stones.

And I don't know what to do with them. There is some rough/uncut opal, some turquois, just an odd assortment.

If someone would email me with some suggestions about what to do with this collection, I'd appreciate it. I want to honor the effort that went into building this collection and also possibly make somebody happy with it.

Thanks so much!
