Yes, I have had the same problem with them recently. I ordered some goods and paid extra for priority mail. I did not receive my merchandise after 12-14 days and I finally called them. They told me that they when they received the last shipment of goods from the manufacturer, the item I ordered was not included. Apparently there was a shortage and they were waiting to get the item in when the manufacturer had it in stock again. They were also trying to find the item from another vendor. Well, that didn't sit too well with me. Why in the world didn't they notify me immediately that the item was out of stock and there would be a delay?? And since I ordered it by priority mail, doesn't that give them a vlue I wanted it quickly? All it would have taken was some communication on their part, but they failed totally in that respect.
