I would not recommend cutting this stone in quartz, unless you are doing so for the sake of practice on an inexpensive material.

The reason is the spread on the pavilion mains angles runs from 42.00 to 24.14 degrees, a spread of nearly 18 degrees:

8 42.00 96-08-16-24-72-80-88
9 40.17 28-68
10 33.61 34-62
11 24.14 48

Even if you ignored the shallowest mains angle at 24.14 degrees, you'd still have a pavilion mains spread from 42.00 to 33.61 degrees - exceeding 8 degrees. This design is a 1.5:1 pear with a conventional "brilliant" style pavilion. No matter how you tangent ratio this spread around for quartz, you are going to wind up with a pavilion that leaks light like a sieve when cut from low RI materials. This design really needs higher RI material like CZ.
