Epitaph for Rock Hound

I am helping the family of a WWII vet who recently passed find the right passage or inscription about being a rock hound that will fit on his Veterans Administration grave stone marker. I've got two lines with 27 spaces in each line to work with.

If anyone can please send me idea's I would greatly appreciate it. Here are some examples that I've done for others that pertain to their specific interests:

For the Sweet Corn Farmer:

PLANT CORN & BOND WITH LAND
REAP CORN & HAVE IT CANNED

For the Panama Canal Zone Guard"

PANAMA CANAL ZONE SENTRY
A LAND DIVIDED-A WORLD UNITED

Now I really need to put something together for this farmer who loved rocks. He made jewelry from that blue stuff from out west (turquoise); you can see that I'm rock ignorant!

Please help.
