I did a little digging and found it, since I'd seen it before and also lost it. It does have newer info than Russell McFall's Gem Hunter's Guide of 1969 from which it appears to be built upon, however accessibility of any sites will need to be researched further as many sites listed that I'm familiar with have been closed to collectors for decades.
