Rock or Meteorite?

Could anyone help me identify this rock. If its not a meteorite (carbonaceous chondrite?),I am just as interested in what kind of rock or by-product it is. It is magnetic, it shows light grey/white specks (chondrules?) in the fractured areas, it has a melted surface (fusion crust?) generally .010" to .040" thick, it leaves no streak on ceramic tile, it has a specific gravity of approx. 2.7 to 2.8, and it has an odd looking drip of melted material on it. It shows only 1 small point of contact in the melted surface, somewhat opposite the drip.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated,
