There were two pages of "manual" included with my Rock Rascal Model J trim saw. I have uploaded copies of them for you at:

There is a single bolt that passes through a countersunk hole the saw table top that secures it to the arbor bearing cap. Once that bolt is removed (which is probably hiding under a layer of sludge and swarf), the table will lift off and you will then be able to get into the lubricant reservoir to clean it and access the arbor nut securing the blade. That's a left-hand nut btw.

I just finished putting a new trim saw together using the bare bones Model J kit and will be publishing a review and how-to on that in the near future. Good luck with rejuvinating your Rock Rascal and keep on rock'n!
