Re: Help Needed With Rock Rascal Trim Saw

Hi, Gene, I have the model "J" 6-in Rock Rascal bought some ten/twelve years ago. Nice little outfit. On the flat working surface, right side is a single screw that holds the top down. Wipe the surface to find it. It's located just inboard of the pulley guard. When you remove the screw you may have to gently pry up under the table to get it to come loose enough to remove. On mine it wants to be removed straight up. There you have it, ready to clean or change blades. (Caution: if you install a thinner blade than originally provided with saw, read the manual for cautions.)
Here's my e-male adress. If you send me your mail address I'll copy the TWO PAGE "manual" and send it to you. It's a zerox copy (got it with the saw) and not too clear. May
be the copier machine at the store might have an option to enlarge.
