I quote from "Field Notes" [readers letters] on the last page of Feb. '08 Rock and Gem magazine. Written by David Martel, Executive V.P., Harbor Freight Tools. "Current owners of a Chicago Electric rock tumbler who have been experiencing problems with broken belts may contact our Customer Service Desk at {800} 444-3353 and we will be happy to send them a replacement belt kit free of charge".
They have also redesigned the pulleys, from the reading it appears they come in the kit. I've been reading of many frustrated owners, hope this helps.
