Hi Bob,

We acquired a Raytech S-18A for ColorWright (SWEET saw - I'm envious!) which was of course without a blade spanner. We had no difficulty finding a spanner to fit it locally in Tucson, so first pass for one should be locally at any industrial tool and supply type places near you. If you need to order online for it, you should be able to order one from MSC Industrial Supply:

Sorry I'm not in Tucson now, so I can't look up the paper work on it to tell you exactly where we got it, or the size/model number of the spanner. But it should help you to know that it is an over-the-counter tool, not something oddball that was unique to that saw.
