Part for a Highland Park saw

I have a 24 inch Higland Park saw of I think 70's vintage. It has an external screw feed that is controlled by a friction clutch. The three wood cogs that fit inside the clutch keep slipping which is preventing the screw from advancing. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this? If not, does anyone have any spare parts they would be willing to part with?
