Yeah, I've heard that as well. It seems like someone with a claim up there would be interested in making some money by letting others do some digging, but no luck finding anything so far.

I'm certainly not attached to digging in Arizona, I'm in Texas, so anywhere in this region of the US would be good, as long as I have a reasonable chance of finding some facet quality rough.

I've also heard there are some areas in Arkansas that they find some nice size and quality peridot crystals, but again, have come up empty trying to find any details.
